About Jen
Highly motivated, ambitious individuals and teams are out to change the world. They pursue massive dreams, take on bold goals, and are rewarded with even bigger opportunities. But with all the spinning plates, they often find themselves overwhelmed—pulled into the daily grind, losing sight of the big picture. And beneath it all, even the most accomplished leaders wrestle with self-doubt.
That’s where I come in. I create the space for leaders to slow down, quiet the internal noise, and get clear on what they truly want and how they feel. From this place of clarity and confidence, we co-create practical steps that allow them to move forward—not from burnout or pressure, but from contentment and self-assurance.
My team and I help leaders and teams navigate complexity with purpose. Rooted in co-creation, radical reimagination, equity, justice, and regenerative processes, we transform challenges into opportunities for sustainable success.
With nearly 30 years of experience leading and coaching diverse, high-impact teams, I know that real leadership isn’t just about achieving more—it’s about leading with intention, clarity, and resilience. I bring this philosophy not only to the leaders and teams I coach but also to the coaches who work within organizations. Many coaches excel in one-on-one transformation but struggle with the realities of corporate, nonprofit, and government settings. I help them navigate bureaucracy, power dynamics, and institutional structures so they can maximize their impact and create lasting change.
