After a career in leading global teams, I stepped into entrepreneurship, thinking I just needed to work hard and push through. Instead, I found myself repeating the same patterns, carrying too much, letting urgency drive decisions, and slowly losing sight of what actually mattered.
The burnout came quietly, along with a growing sense that my priorities no longer reflected who I was becoming. When I chose to lead with clarity and strategy rather than pressure, I began helping other women leaders do the same - without sacrificing themselves in the process. Out of this experience came Your Leadership Edge.

Begin with a leadership strengths self-assessment and a 60-minute debrief to gain clear language for how you naturally think, decide, and lead. This foundation ensures your growth is built from strength, not self-correction, so you enter the experience with clarity and confidence.

Engage in monthly facilitated roundtable sessions with your cohort of women leaders. Through guided dialogue, strengths-based practices, and peer perspective, insight sharpens into action, and leadership clarity becomes lived practice.

Apply the work directly to your real-world leadership through six private 30-minute coaching sessions. These coaching sessions support clear decisions, aligned priorities, and boundaries that hold as your circumstances evolve.

Most programs focus solely on strategy or performance. Your Leadership Edge integrates strengths-based insight, decision-making clarity, and embodied leadership, so results don’t come at the cost of exhaustion or self-sacrifice. This is not about adding more; it’s about leading from alignment.

Five 90-minute group sessions
Six 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions
Pre-work and light reflection between sessions
Most participants spend 3-5 hours per month engaged in the experience.

Participation is strongly encouraged, as the power of the experience comes from shared dialogue and continuity. If you must miss a session, limited accommodations may be available, but consistent attendance is expected.
